Hi,

I am a frustrated homeowner, forever changing and improving, but never feeling that I have gotten it quite right. I love cooking and would love to grow some edibles. I have a large city lot--quite large--but have plenty of critters about ( I am close to a forest preserve) and need to learn how to deal with that. I have three nearly grown kids, and am just starting to have the time to really focus on the things I would like to do. I look forward to sharing and the exchange of information and ideas.
