I live near Weatherford in the country. Originally from East Texas and miss the tall pines and dogwoods.
I'm retired and have a large informal yard. I let the birds help me. If a plant pops up that they have "planted", it stays there.
Grow my own veggies every year in a small garden. Don't want to work to hard. LOL However, I'm compulsive about
keeping plants deadheaded and cleaned up. So much so that I have been know to take off dead leaves from plants at the garden centers.
