Hello, I live in very hot and humid Houston, Texas. I don't have much room for gardening; only a balcony 12 feet by 6 feet, but that doesn't stop me, nor should it stop you if you are in a similar situation!

I mostly grow veggies and herbs, and I love being able to grow things year-round in this climate, although the aforementioned humidity leaves much to be desired and I don't plan to live in Houston all my life. I recently took a cruise to Alaska and on the way back stopped in Victoria. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen, and I would love to live somewhere like that.
