My home is on an island in Southeast Alaska.

I live in what is called a "temperate rainforest"..... that means it rains here almost every day. It can be depressing to some people, but I don't mind it so much. Unfortunately most flowers don't find it to be a very hospitible environment, so it is a challenge to garden here.
