I am a gardner by osmosis. I grew up with a mom who spent all of her time outside with her plants or picking aphids off other people's houseplants! After her divorce she started her own "professional gardener" service. I am also married to a a super landscape design and construction guy. Not only does he know the latin names for everything (hubba hubba) but he does fantastic stone work.

Lately I have been into vegetables and herbs but I would like to woork more in the flower garden (if I can pry a space from hubby)
