I am a transplanted Brit lucky enough to be living in an area of the States that most reminds me of England. My garden is my sanctuary from the rigors of daily life. I left my beautiful well-established perennial garden last year (Summer 2005) when we moved to a new much bigger house with a waste-land of a yard. Its taking me much longer to create my new garden than I ever had anticipated. However, it keeps me busy and out of trouble. What more can you ask?
