I am a 60 year old grandmother of 4. I was born and raised in Chicago where I met my husband and moved to a small town NW of Birmingham where I remain to this day. I've been using these forums since I first got a pc in 1997. Never touched a keyboard until then. What limited knowledge of computers I've gleaned has come mostly from the Computer Help forum. I never would have made it without it.
