I am a wildflower gardener, watercolourist and active naturalist, having lead walks for over twenty years. One of my pursuits is uncovering the lore about plants (folklore, medical uses, etc.)in my area. I also love birds, mammals, bugs, etc. Now I have a shade garden as well, thoroughly infested with goutweed, but there is always hope!
