I moved to Paw Paw WV in 1998 to enjoy some country living. I've planted a small orchard and many different types of flower gardens. I've always loved growing a veggie garden and now with five + acres I have plenty of room :)

I used to freeze what I've grown but once my son moved to FL I figured if I wanted to keep giving him Mom's home cooking, I'd better learn to can! I've been enjoying country living but could really do without all the little critters that seem to want to eat what I grow!
