Hello- No longer brand new- been here for a couple years now.. Don't have as much time as I'd like anymore to - little people keeping me busy. We've lived all over the world, and try to bring a little of each spot home to our new garden.
I am always interested in trying a new plant- and probably not aggressive enough about kicking out the less successful ones.
I especially like fragrant herbs and flowers, unusual variegated leaves and "easy" perennials.
Clearing some large new bed space this spring (fighting back the ivy). Looking for flowering scented vines, shade lovers, golden or variegated leaves and flowers.
I love pinks and blues, whites and reds, especially. Seem to have plenty of tough, dependable oranges- so less interested in orange flowering plants.
I currently have a variety of vegetable seeds to swap, but it is still early in the gathering stage here- so will have more later. My trades may well include chaff- I have better things to do than pick it all out, and a seedhead can help keep the individual seeds form being damaged in transit. But there should always be plenty of seeds in there along with the bits.
I try to be a generous and timely trader. However, life and slow drying seeds sometimes slow me down. Generally though, I think I am an very good trade partner, so expect the same.
