I am a K-5 music teacher, married with two cats (Lily and Daisy, hence LDcats). Didn't know much about plants before we bought our house... I actually thought the irises were ornamental grasses and was considering removing them before I saw the first bloom stalk. Now it is all over but the crying...I'm hooked!
