I live in a small community where the lots are very small roughly about 40 x 70 the soil is not the best based on the fact that the majority of the lawns in the neighborhood are not that great. I like to experiment with my turf which is a mixture of KBG/PR/TTTF, I am striving to have the best lawn on the block based on the information gathered on these forums.
