I was born in Australia, moved to Paris, then London, and finally to the mountains about 45 mins from the sea in Spain. I had a balcony in Paris (jasmin...), a cottage garden in Surrey (beautiful climbing roses, a wisteria climbing through a huge laburnum) and now a patio covered by grape vines and a plum tree, plus a piece of terraced land with olive and fruit trees, and a vegetable garden, which I try to cultivate organically - but will soon have to resort to weedkiller or buy a tractor, following the birth of my son - now three months, that is a lot of weeds/wildflowers in this climate!
