I live in north east Pa. I love my Bluebirds! I am totally obsessed with them to the point where I now have my husband raising mealworms for them. I have a sunroom off of my kitchen that is enclosed with 9 - 6 foot windows so I get a great view of all my birds.My next favorite or should I say equal to the Blues are the Hummingbirds.I await their arrival each spring with great anticipation.I have held hummers in my hands and what a thrill that was!My garden is a joy to me also.I love planting perennials.I plant a lot of flowers that attracts birds.
I have 3 grown children and 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson. I am retired but do volunteer work with the Kindergarten and 1st grades in a local elementary school.And,my hubby and I volunteer doing Stream Monitoring which is really interesting.Gotta keep those streams clean! Busy,busy,busy and I love it!!!!
