I am officially in my second childhood now. I love to "play in the dirt", especially with the grands. Some of my fondest memories of my mom and grandmother are of the same.
I work full time. Please be patient with me and do not hesitate to remind me if I am slow responding to your mail, or heaven forbid your trades.
If you are a new trader I will send my end of the trade after I receive yours.
For contributing members I am willing to ship first.
All traders: If you are not completely satisfied with our trade, PLEASE let me know.
I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with plants I send to you. I will send more plants and/or return yours if necessary. I do not want to take advantage of anyone.
The pond turned into 2 ponds. 24’x18’x5.5’ for Koi and 4’x20’x3’ for goldfish. Before I got the goldfish in the smaller pond, I put some grow-out koi in it. Sounds like another pond is on the way for plants and goldfish only.

OK Now I have really lost it! I am digging a pond/watergarden in my yard. 21’x18’ 5’deep with 2 waterfalls and a stream.

I can hardly wait for spring! As I reflect back over the past year I am amazed how much I have learned from all of the great members on Garden web. My grandaughters love the "Free Georgia Playhouse" from the Garden Junk Forum. Last fall I built my first greenhouse with plans from the "Greenhouse" forum. I have a lot more to learn from those folks. I did manage to keep some plants over the winter despite the "fire and Ice." During a big ice storm in early December we were without power for several days, and to make a long story short, my alternative heating method was not very good. My greenhouse caught fire. I managed to save about half of the 14’ X 30’ structure.
That was the "Fire."
The ice came in January during the record cold spell we had. I was using 2 small electric heaters and sometime during the night the breaker tripped and a lot of the plants, some of which had just begun to show signs of life after the fire, were frozen.
Many returned once again.
This year I want to learn about herbs and I would love to try an orchid. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
