I live in NJ and have been growing veggies for many years,I only use organic and NEVER spray with pesticides of any kind. Over the last several years I have gotten into perennials and this year my favorite is growing medicinal herbs. I try to make herbal vinegars and am going to attempt herbal decoctions. I also love animals and have three little dachshunds, 2 goats and some exotic chickens.
Funny story, yesterday a little rooster fell into the water bucket. luckily I got to him in time but he ran into the little house shivering terribly. Not sure what to do I brought him into the house and started to try to dry him with the blow dryer on low. He loved it! He stood there for a half and hour and let me blow him out! I couldn't believe it>
