We live on the Gulf Coast of South Alabama. I have been interested in gardening for a while.

My gardening interests includes fruit trees, palm trees, peppers, tropicals, lawncare, and bananas. The fruit trees I currently have are pear and grapefruit. All are producing this year (2005). The peppers are the typical cayenne, tabasco, cowhorn, and, of course, the hot chili. The bananas I currently have are Musa basjoos. I did manage to get a Goldfinger this summer. I am interested in any tips that will help me in getting my bananas to produce fruit.
