I am a single Mom attempting to garden as an outdoor hobby. I don't like the outdoors because of bugs, pest, etc. I am mostly interested in landscaping my own yard and making a cozy "bug free" area for myself and my girls. My twin daughters will not go outside because of bugs, bees, wasp, ants, the heat, humidity, etc. The weather can be miserable in Louisiana. It is usually wet/humid here year round. I own my home and it is difficult to have extra time to spend in gardening. I must choose, the garden or the inside chores. I'd rather be gardening.
