I am retired and self-employed at home. I am relatively new to gardening in any form and particularly new to container gardening. I want to learn as much as possible and perhaps share what I have learned with others. I am also interested in growing and harvesting seeds from heirloom vegetables since I feel that we are too used to sub-standard foods and really do not have a clue as to how food really should taste. I think a look at the increasing popularity of TexMex tells us that the only way we can realize the "true" taste of food today is to lace it with as much "hot stuff" as possible. I am a "meat and potatoes" guy and proud of it. But, then again, that�s Jusme.
