I adore hostas. I go weak in the knees for most fragrant plants (except roses -- just cannot get into them). I am a big fan of the wild, bordering on unkempt cottage garden look. I have been slowly but steadily naturalizing our yard with native and non-native drought-tolerant plants. What else? Oh yes, we have a veggie garden, which changes yearly as I get bored.

I am an artist who does some botanically-based work, so I need reference material. As you can imagine, I prefer to generate my own, but I am not particular about being the only person in the world with access to the photos I produce, so if you see any of my photos on GardenWeb, please feel free to copy them and use them in any way you see fit. I would prefer that you credit me.

In addition to all the above (and, maybe, more importantly) I am a licensed amateur radio operator and I highly recommend it.
