I love growing everything! My flower garden is not real big and might be called \"a nursey garden\" or a garden for someone who can't make decisions! A semi-circular cedar fence is at the back because we have a lot of wind out here on the prairie. There are paths -- I did it this way because my aged mother lived with us (she was an avid gardener) and I wanted her to be able to walk through the garden so she could be close to the plants.

The vegetable garden has rhubarb, round zuchinni, tomatoes, peppers and basil. The rabbits got the beans so few are thriving. A round pumpkin patch, is not real big but gives us about 15 gems. Once I planted the seeds way too early! Learn the hard way!

Using growlights for seed germination has also been lots of fun.

I finished the Master Gardener class last year and love what the group does. I also belong to our McLean County Herb Guild.

My favorite flower - Bells of Ireland.

I live in: United States

My zone is: 5 A Central IL
