Retired and enthusiastic. Working on Seeds, Rugosa Roses and winter sowing. Veg garden. Willow basketry and growing Salix. Begonia Species, Inside light garden and getting rid of collected junque.

Have bulldozed clay, compacted and have been slowly working on it. Need loads of manure, mulch and lots of digging. Will get to it slowly. Married a city boy and have 6, mostly timbered, acres with a year round creek so I get outside a lot.

Doing square foot gardening in raised beds for the veg and herbs. Am building more this winter. Thankheavens I have a pick-up to transport the compost etc. Favorite color yellow, love fragrant plants, feed wild birds and have pilated woodpeckers nesting this last spring in an old dead tree.
