Native of South Georgia---Thomasville originally---I've moved around a lot with my job, and have (finally) had a chance to settle here in the SC Lowcountry, in Summerville.

My mom had a small nursery in Thomasville, and I caught the bug there...also, that's a very "flower conscious" community, known as the "City of Roses." I've found some of the same horticultural interest in the Summerville and Charleston areas, and feel very much at home here.

I'm a nature-lover---love woodland gardens with filtered sunshine, winding pathways, azaleas, dogwoods, birds, etc. I'm also a "weather person" by trade, and find that my interests in weather and gardening fit together nicely.
