My husband, son, myself and our Jack Russell Terrorist live in Mathews County, VA, a stone's throw from the Chesapeake Bay. We have 3 acres of land now, and I am planning a BIG garden this year! Making enough compost is a challenge. I have a 3 bin system and plan on keepin' it cookin' for a long time, and probably building more bins or open piles. I'm gonna need a lot of compost! I've also started getting interested in garden crafts, such as casting my own stepping stones, and making grapevine balls from the wild vine that grows in the woods of our property. I love to stay creatively busy!
