Pretty average guy. Married--second time around--to a wonderful woman. I have two sons and step-daughter who has blessed us with two beautiful grandchildren. I used to breed and show top winning Cocker Spaniels, Brittany s, and a few assorted other breeds of dogs. Serious health problems have forced me to moderate my lifestyle and that is why I have become involved more heavily in roses. I want to grow the best and may decide to do some local exhibiting, but never to the level that I used to show dogs. I think I will dabble in hybridyzing just for fun and games. I like to root cuttings and trade them with other rosarians.
