my wife is the organic gardener--i'm just a compost wacko and an amateur worm grower. i like building good soil. what is grown in it, is of lesser importance. our new rural place is on a rocky, clay slope so we will garden in raised beds, and we will use our graywater to grow shade trees. we're happy that the neighbors' horses are helping to fill the new beds.
