We had our backyard professionally landscaped/hardscaped a couple years ago and quickly learned that it required a lot of maintenance. Instead of it being a drag, I discovered a love for taking care of plants! I have since gotten my hands and knees dirty and started container gardeing, experimenting with annuals, and re-doing our front yard landscaping.
