I'm building a new home in the middle of 5 acres of pines and oaks and want to use native plants and groundcovers to replace the trees we had to take down to build. So I really new to this type of gardening. Don't want to have to mow and plan to plant lots of blooming trees and shurbs out in the trees for color. I need all the help I can get!
