I live east of Seattle on 2.5 acres in a farming community.I take alot of guff from neighbors because I dont have farm animals or crops, just mowed lawn (small garden) Just retired Simplicity 6008 due to age and difficulty getting parts in this area. I now run a John Deere GT235. Electrician by trade for over 20 yrs
