I am US Air Force Retired and also retired from the State of Florida as a Grounds Superintendent for a Florida State Instituation. Wrote gardening columns for the local newspaper for six years. Completely retired now at the age of 82, except container gardening because of physical disabi;ities. Have over 100 containers.

Am a self taught organic gardener and enjoy it very much. It is what keeps me young. My wife and I are now using our gardening containers to vermicompost as we grow vegetables in them.
