A young Californian who is constantly learning through trial and error (and helpful books and folks, too, of course) what does and does not grow in my yard. Currently working on both entire yards (in pieces at a time) to try and get them in shape before the coming season. I love reading, photography, hiking, camping, and animals, outside of my number one hobby, gardening. Plant-wise, I positively love the cottage / country garden natural look. My favorite plants (my top favs, otherwise, wed be here for weeks) include sages, echinacea, columbine (although I cant get them to grow well), gaillardia, all herbs, and lately, Japanese maples. I only grow from seed, so I am always looking for new seeds to add to my growing collection. Feel free to drop me a line, I love talking to new people!
