Im a free lance writer from Helsinki, Finland, Europe. I have a little garden with lots of culinary herbs & heirloom veggies and a growing collection of indoors pot plants. I live with my boyfriend and a cat. My other hobbies besides gardening are tap-dance, voluntary working in environmental and animal protection concerned NGOs, cooking vegan food and writing. In gardening, I especially love fragrant plants like scented geraniums, mints, lavenders, heliotropes etc. and old heirloom veggies & flowers suitable for nothern climate with long, mild winter and short (3 months) cool& moist summer with long days (in summer its never dark, not even in night time). If you have seeds of these, please, contact me, and lets see if I have something for you, too :) - as I live in northern Europe I can buy from local garden center seeds from local heirlooms that you dont see on your seed rack. My gardens are so small that I cannot harvest a lot of seeds, but I harvest them from public parks and forests as well.
