I'm a beef farmer with a small herd of 40 cows located in Jeffereson County, NY. That's on the shore of Lake Ontario and right on the Canadian border across from Kingston, Ontario. I also have a flock of standard bred AKA Heritage turkeys that take up a lot of time. Started out wanting to raise turkeys for meat and was sidetracked almost immediately into an interest in feather colour genetics. Plus they are great fun!
