We own a 1920's bungalow in an historic preservation district. We have invested all our money and most of our time in it for the past four years. It's been the best investment we could have made. We just had a new appraisal on the house and we were amazed at how the value has appreciated. Pics of my nearly finished white kitchen can be viewed in this Yahoo! album.
