A neighbor lady gave me some violets to plant when I was three, and I have loved gardening ever since. I'm in Long Island NY considered zone 6b or 7. This is the first year 2001 that I've started seeds indoors rather than buying established plants. I am an eclectic gardener-miniature roses, all kinds of bulbs, herbs, dicentras of any kind, the more the merrier! Love the Garden Web!
