I live on the Northshore of Massachusetts in a lovely small town that, despite development, still retains a feeling of 'Old New England'. I'm the 'Mom' of three miniature dachshunds who let me live here - they truly run the show! I love gardening, but my yard is quite shady, so I have a hard time growing the colorful flowers that I love... Cooking is a passion and I'm always looking for new and interesting recipes - particularly 'heirloom' or old family recipes.
