I used to have a New Orleans courtyard garden that was
often opened for the public on the occasion of patio
tours for fund raising events. I was a member of the
Louisiana Fern Society when I lived there for ten years
and I am still a member of the American Begonia Society.
Their annual conventions are terrific. Currently I am raising miniature begonias in closed containers.
