I live in West Virginia along the Ohio River. I am the mother of a grown son and daughter and have 5 grandchildren.

I enjoy nature and outdoor activities, birdwatching and sharing these activities with family and friends.

Although I don't have the time or room for a full garden anymore, I do enjoy flowers especially miniature roses and the occassional tomato or pepper plant and enjoy sharing these loves with my young granddaughters who are willing helpers.

These granddaughters gave me a Boston terrier puppy for Christmas and I have a feeling that this spring I may have more help than I will need at gardening time especially in the digging and chewing department.

Right now I am waiting for the Ohio Valley spring to arrive. This winter has been strange, cold, long and wet.
Tomorrow is supposed to be 75 and sunny which means I will get cabin fever and want to do outdoor work that it is not time to do yet. lol
