I live in the Northern CA Bay Area. I enjoy growing tropicals, including palms, cannas and bananas. I also enjoy growing and eating fresh vegetables. Weather in my area is mild, occasional frost and cold temperatures in the winter, and hot dry valley temperatures in the summer. I have two kids, a wife, and lots of backyard squirrels, blue jays and humming birds.
