Hubby and I bought an old plantation home circa 1850 on 2.3 acres in 1996 and have been gardening frantically since then. Have three large above the ground ponds and every year I tame another area for gardening. Love it when it rains and hated it when the grass has to be cut every week with a walk behind mower. I now have a lawn tractor and look forward to cutting it now. I get some hired help but can barely afford it. I need a team of volunteers..... anyone interested ? lol My aim is to create a wonderful place to relax....when might that be? I wonder...there is always so much to do.
