I've been gardening for as long as I can remember. First it was veggies, then I grew a few perennials from seed. Most recently, I've discovered hostas and Heucheras, which are what I seem to have the most of. I have worked for a perennial wholesaler for the past 4 growing seasons, so have a wide variety of perennials growing in my garden. Hostas are my obsession and I grow around 150 different ones currently. I belong to a local non profit group which works to educate the community on the importance of green space and trees, as well as the local hosta society. I have 3 children, ages 8, 5, and 3.
