I just started gardening in 2009 at our new house. I know a bit about biology in general, but not too much about gardening. I thought I mostly wanted to grow vegetables until I actually started, and now Im flower crazy, too. Sure is fun! I read every day about whatever obsession Im onto lately, which recently has been gardening, so I have a random assortment of knowledge that Ive picked up along the way. Probably my very favorite flowers are irises, and they have been since I was a wee lass. But, to be honest, I love them all. Even the ones I thought I didnt like, it turns out I was wrong, and I do. One of each. Or maybe two, or three . . . must go garden . . .
