I'm a new Old House owner obsessed with and opinionated about color. I'm also a beginning gardener who inherited some lovely-enough spaces to offset the terrifyingly blank ones. I gravitate to streamlined interiors and lushly planted exteriors...and am working to achieve this as a reality rather than an ideal.

Professionally, I'm a hyphen aka a writer/graphic designer/health educator. [You would think the latter would mean I was good at handling the stress from our lower-budget mostly-DIY kitchen reno, but you'd be very, very wrong!]
