I qualify as a Senior-Cit. but fortunately am still an active person; grandmother of six; a spinner and weaver who also enjoys experimenting with plant dyes. My son once brought a schoolmate home for the weekend and as they entered the front door was heard to say "Don't worry about that smell; it's just my mother dyeing" Believe me the smell of leaves "cooking" esp. euc. leaves , can definitely be "on the nose!"
