I have been married for 22 years and have a son 20 years old and a daughter 15, a 6yr old Shitz tsu. I started off being a stay at home mom, but ended up caring for my husband who is diabetic and is a double above the knee amputee. I used to do a lot of knitting but in the summer the wool started to feel funny between my fingers so I thought maybe I should start quilting. I just love it although I have only quilted for 3 years I have made atleast 60 quilts on my portable sewing machine. I live in Canada so we get alot of snow in the winter and it's too cold to go out.
