Hi,
My name is Gwen Jones and I live in Southern Indiana on a medium sized farm. I am happy to say that I've gone full-time in my work from home business and this allows me to garden for several hourse per day (pending the weather's cooperation). We are attempting to go organic as soon as possible. I have or am in the process of creating a 120 ft x 75 ft system of raised beds in my garden w/flowers, trees (a few), herbs, and veggies. I grow 95% of my plants from seed in my home office (yes, it's a bit crowded). I raise Australian Shepard dogs and we also have cats, horses, cows, and sugar gliders.
I have teenagers and a hubbie that works lots so I'm alone a lot and would love to have a few online buddies with the same interests. I was recommended to this site by a retired friend of mine and love what I see so far.
