I live in inner-city Sydney NSW. A turn of the century terrace house with a medium size courtyard garden and small pond.

I have a wife and two daughters aged 5 & 10.

Currently my garden has two Draceana Draco's approximatley 10 years old. One I grew from seed the other is a grafted specimen with four stems. I also have 65 Dracaena Draco seedlings obtained from seed collected from 150 year old specimens in Sydney. These I will sell at my kid's school fete. I have been desparate to obtain seeds from the Dracaena cinnabari from the island of Socotra (Soqotra) in the Arabian Gulf but the Yemeni government has refused any export of this seed.

In the garden beds I have a Cordyline australis, Yucca elephantis( I hope that's the right spelling), Mature Frangipani (pink with copious amounts of Spanish Moss Bromeliad hanging from it), a species of Eucalyptus called a Tallowood (it's over sixty feet high).

In pots I have the Cycads Zamia furfuracea, Macrozamia communis. Also Strelitzia nicolea, a triple Beaucarnea recurvata,Frangipani (deep red).

My favourite plants though are succulents. I have 4 feet high Crassula argentea that is 15 years old. A beautiful varigated Crassula argentea. By the way your Gardenweb calls Crassula argentea 'Jade Tree' where as in Australia the succulent Portulacaria afra is a 'Jade Tree'.

Also I have in pots Aloe pilcatilis ( triple headed rare in Sydney) , Aloe vera, Agave victoriae-reginae, Agave attenuata, Crassula gotham (haven't been able to find this one in books but that's what the ticket said on their pot)Pachypodium lamerei and various Sedums in hanging pots.Various other succulents too numerous to mention.

Sorry if this is long winded but it was good to make a stocktake anyway. Most of my friends have little interest in gardening and even though I try not to bore them their eyes glaze over if I go on too long. If they are interested in gardening it's usually roses, azealas, camilleas etc;-plants that I find boring. It's good to have flowers but I do like foliage plants.

That's all for now if anyone has any questions please write.
