My wife & I garden in a quarter acre hillside lot. Being in zone 8 & coastal, we can grow just about any of the perennials & we love em all, especially peonies, delphiniums, large hostas, and any high quality perennial we havent tried yet. Were zone stretchers so were also looking for plants with tropical looks we can grow here or overwinter in the greenhouse.
I also grow all kinds of tropicals & houseplants. I love aroids of all kinds, especially big leaves, amorphophallus, & less common anthuriums. Also brugmansia, orchids, epiphyllums, palms, bannanas, heliconias, gingers, nepenthes, and just about anything intersting, unique, or rare. Wed love to do in-person trades if anybody can make it up to Marysville, just north of Seattle.
