Since we bought our current house 17 years ago, my DW and I have made over every room, including all three baths, the basement and laundry and recently tackled the kitchen, all DIY. The results of our kitchen remodel are currently posted on the website of our cabinetmaker, here. We have six children, one who is married and is remodeling his starter house (I'm helping him with his kitchen). Three of the children still live at home along with 4 dogs (currently) and one beautiful corn snake.
