My sons tell me I'm older than the rocks dirt came from, but I figure that makes me seasoned. They're 22, 24, and 26; I'm 52 and counting. I'm embarking on some raised-bed gardening this summer, anticipating incipient disability within the next 10 years or so. To pay the bills, I write, edit, and design stuff. For fun, I read... um, write... um, edit... um, design... umm... garden, knit, and play with my dog. I'm in the wilds of western Washington, in the very upper left-hand corner of the country.
